Our Story
My name is Roman Pogorelov and my journey started in 2012 upon me moving to the US and getting into the rental and renovation real estate market while also working in the IT industry. I learned the challenges and frustrations that landlords often face in the market through the process of being one for over 12 years. I perfected the system for myself by working with great teams, having long term tenants and minimum vacancy time and now offer to share my experience with my customers. At RoEl Reno-Rent we offer an expert renovations/handymen team, understanding tenants and landlords needs and using technology and data to customize each reno-rent project to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
